Welcome to Pink Swann. By placing an order through our website or in store, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
General
Pink Swann creates custom and personalised laser-cut products, many of which are made to order. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that production, delivery and customisation are subject to the policies outlined on our website.
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice.
Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Full payment is required at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Orders will not proceed to production until:
• Payment is received, and
• All required details (artwork, proofs, name lists) are supplied and approved
Custom & Personalised Products
Most Pink Swann products are custom made or personalised.
By placing an order, you agree that:
• Personalised items cannot be cancelled or refunded due to change of mind
• Orders are produced exactly as approved or as submitted by the customer
• Pink Swann is not responsible for spelling or detail errors approved by the customer
Custom orders are subject to our Custom Orders Policy and Proofing & Personalisation Policy.
Proofs & Approvals
Where proofs are provided:
• Production will not commence until approval is received
• Approval confirms that all details are correct
• No changes can be made once approval is given
Some products do not include proofs and are produced directly from customer-supplied details.
Production & Timeframes
Production timeframes are outlined on our Delivery & Production Timeframes page.
Timeframes begin once:
• Orders are placed
• All required details are received
• Any proofs are approved
Delays caused by late approvals, late name lists or customer changes may affect delivery timelines.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is handled via Australia Post or local pickup where available.
Pink Swann is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services. Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Express Post speeds up delivery only and does not reduce production time.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and refunds are not offered for change of mind.
Refunds or replacements will be provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law for items that are faulty, damaged or not as described.

Colours & Materials
Colours shown online may vary due to screen settings and lighting conditions.
Material colours are manufacturer-defined and may differ from personal expectations.
Pink Swann is not responsible for colour interpretation differences once an order has been placed.
Intellectual Property
All designs created by Pink Swann remain the intellectual property of Pink Swann unless otherwise agreed.
We do not copy or reproduce designs belonging to other businesses or creators. Inspiration images may be used as a guide only.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Pink Swann is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services.
