Delivery Information
Delivery & Production Time.
All Pink Swann items are made to order with care. Please read the information below to understand both production timeframes and delivery options before placing your order.
Production Time frames
Production timeframes begin once your order is placed and all required artwork, proofs or name lists are approved.
Standard Production Times
• Cake Toppers: 2 business days
• Wedding Signs & Name Place Cards: up to 5 business days
• Seating Charts: up to 10 business days
• Custom Orders: 5–10 business days (depending on design complexity and approval requirements)
During peak periods or if specific materials or colours are temporarily unavailable, production times may vary slightly.
Need Your Order Urgently?
If you require your order sooner, please contact us before ordering. In many cases we can accommodate rush orders, subject to availability and workload.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship Australia-wide and internationally via Australia Post, or you may select local pickup from our Hunter Valley storefront at checkout.
Shipping Options
• Standard Post – Australia Post
• Express Post – Australia Post
Please note: Express Post speeds up delivery only. It does not reduce production or manufacturing time.
Delivery Time frames
Delivery times are determined by Australia Post and vary based on your location, time of year, seasonal demand and localised events. Any delivery timeframes provided by us or Australia Post are only estimates based on averages and cannot be exactly guaranteed.
If your order is required by a specific date, we strongly recommend selecting Express Post and allowing an additional 2-3 business days buffer to account for delays outside of our control.
Important Information
• Production does not commence until all required details are received and approved
• Delivery delays caused by third-party carriers are outside of our control
• While we always do our best to meet requested time frames, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed once dispatched
If you are unsure whether your order will arrive in time, please contact us prior to ordering and we will be happy to advise.
